Varnish-free door panel cold-press composite production line

At room temperature, rapid cold pressing takes only 45–90 seconds per door; thickness variation is within 0.15 mm. The door frame is coated with adhesive A on both sides, while the door panel is coated with adhesive B on one side. After lamination, a fast‑drying waterborne adhesive forms strong initial bonding in a short time. Production cycle times vary depending on the substrate, labor‑related downtime, and ambient temperature.
